Jutsz Cafe is my favorite restaurant in Dumaguete. They have several great vegetarian dishes like veggie adobo. The food has a gourmet taste, but the prices are less than most ordinary restaurants.

Harold mansion suggested this place. the food was good and resaonably priced. Better than the more expensive restaurant facing the ocean near the pier.

Owner is friendly! portions are VERY small and the upstairs is devoid of any atmosphere with the cheapest chairs and tables available. Aircon is way to small so expect it to be HOT
