We wanted to have Pooris, so checked TA app and found this recommendation. The poori subzi was different with strong taste of spices like heeng etc. The sweets were over sugared though. Maybe not to our urban tastes.Sitting place is very normal though.

If you visit Haridwar and have not eaten at this place then you are missing the old time desi food. Rabri, Jalebi, Kalakand, Puri Sabzi old man called Kakaji is the identity of this place. Mithais floating in desi ghee with economically priced, it's a place to fill your bellies with low calorie food (u know what i mean). No place to sit as it is street food served in an old fashioned outlet.

A very old shop in Haridwar famous for its lip smacking kachories. If you are visiting Haridwar and taking holy dip in river Ganga, you must try his kachories made with Desi ghee and Lassi as an accomplishment. You will find more fake Mathurawalas in Haridwar but this original shop is in a narrow street and they don't have any branch.
Highly recommended

This shop has three outlets, next to each other in Haridwar. One shop offers seating facility. We had puri sabji and Kachori alongwith some sweets in the restaurant. The restaurant is highly overrated, better food is easily available in other outlets.

Mathura Walo Ki Pracheen Dukan is a must-visit for those who crave authentic, delicious street food. The limited seating might be a minor concern, but the incredible taste of the puri sabji more than makes up for it. If you're in Haridwar and want to experience a taste of Mathura, this place won't disappoint.

We went there because we had heard so much about it. But we realized it was not worth the efforts.
PRO
1. Good Food.
CONS
1. No proper eating tables - Only 06-07 tables with seating of 04 each.
2. Only one serving person for everyone.
3. Absolutely no importance to hygiene
4. Lassi was sour. The worst part was that the owner is not bothered about it.
5. Kachori was not bedami kachori. It was simple kachori.
6. The owner has not done anything for upliftment of the place. It still reeks of 1960's

Their famous Malai ka Samosa turned out to be a total dud. It was a bit bitter, had nothing special going about it but has been hyped so much by bloggers and so on. We also tried the Chocolate barfi which was about average too.

Extremely rude staff. They are just one bunch of angry people probably forced to feed or interact with customers. There is nothing warm about this pracheen shop. Never!

Over Hyped just ordinary food. Puris was over baked . Qty of sabzi less charge for refills. Should improve the quality of food

We purchased Peda, it was of bad quality. People who ate told us that it has rice flour mixed in it. We traveled all the way from Haridwar to Bangalore with the Peda but were highly disappointed with the feedback we got.

Best Puri Sabji in Haridwar. Small space to sit but great service. Halwa and Jalebi also excellent taste and quality.

We tried the malai samosa. Very normal. In fact, sweet shops next to it were also selling the same sweet for lesser prices. We tried a ladoo too, that was good.
