Always delicious. Love taking family here. Partially for the view. Partially because the food is delicious and they have a gluten free menu. Always a good place to visit. Local beers and friendly servers.

This place once again was wonderful and the food was perfect! If you are looking for a quiet romantic spot this isn’t exactly it. We were seated downstairs but still had a beautiful view. We started with the pretzels for an appetizer and 2 house...More

We shared a beer flight and a dinner of two Gernan sausages, horseradish mashed potatoes and applewood sauerkraut. Yum!! I wish I remembered our waiter's name, he was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our dinner in the closed patio area adjacent to the bar...More

The food wasn't great but our service was good. Location is spectacular for those attending a ballgame. Beer selection was excellent.

I'm not a huge beer drinker, but they have so many to choose from and it's fun to taste the difference side by side. We enjoyed all eight beers we got in our two flights. Food was also great (pretzels with beer cheese app and...More

There is a parking garage under/adjacent to. Make sure you park in section A as that will take you right up next to the lager house.

As long as you can get the private room and it's an appropriate size for your group, yes absolutely. The main restaurant can get noisy.

Description
The heritage of Cincinnati's storied brewing history comes alive along the banks of the Ohio River at this world-class restaurant and brewery. Prominently situated in the dynamic Smale Riverfront Park, the Moerlein Lager House offers a guest experience unlike any other—a working microbrewery producing a full line of Moerlein craft brews, and delectable fare featuring grain spent breads, hand-carved sandwiches, and smoked rotisserie meats… foods reminiscent of those served in the city’s celebrated 19th century beer gardens.
