Maple Counter has been a breakfast staple for some time in Walla Walla and deservedly so. It was innovative, clean and and offered great coffee and chique local in its breakfast offerings with good portions and high prices. Unfortunately, it has become a tired place reflecting erosion which takes place in typical settings without lack of solid competition. My most... More

One plate here and you will feel heavy all day. The first time I tried it, I asked for a regular dish and I felt kind of sick, not because the food was bad at all, it was because it's really carb loaded; the pancakes are heavy, the potatoes really greasy. The second time, I asked for the senior menu... More

Pretty good food: waiting in line for breakfast! Good food always draws more people, worth the wait.

Maple Counter isn't an inexpensive place to eat, but the food is excellent. Today we both decided to try their oatmeal, and it was great. Perfect consistency, just at the crunchy stage so I could add milk to make it just the consistency I like. Plenty of fresh fruit: strawberries, blueberries, and apple. I had to ask for coffee refills,... More

We stopped in at the suggestion of friends, and are sure glad we did! We were a little surprised how busy it was at 9:30 on a Friday morning. We waited for 10-15 minutes. I had bacon and broccoli quiche and pancakes. Quite tasty. My husband had Eggs Casey, which he said was very good. It's pricey ($45-including tip- for... More

This was very good restaurant with really long wait time to get a table. The food is good, the menu has lots of choices. The service was attentive but if your a tea drinker don't expect much more than one tea bag and one cup of water. Not true if your a coffee drinker.

We arrived by 9:00 am, so only a short wait. Food was plentiful and delicious! It was college parent weekend and even though the wait staff was busy, we still received good service and didn't have to wait long for our food.

Comfortable, friendly, and cute place with a wide variety of things to eat for breakfast. I ate an omelette that was about half the size of a football, so make sure to bring a friend to help you eat it. Honestly, I would have been satisfied eating a third of the amount they brought me. Quality is good, too. I... More

We came here for a late lunch after a couple of wine tastings. We had two of the omelets, the quiche special and the Thai chicken sandwich. The variety of requests and the ability to satisfy them all made this a great choice
