Great service. Tasty coffee. I had a decent breakfast sandwich. I will go back for the frappes. Carmel is my favorite. I liked themacadami nut but not the chunks in it.

The Kai Latte was delicious! The wait isn’t long early in the morning but we saw long lines after 8am. They have a few food options which we didn’t try.
We are environmentally-minded folks and like Kai Coffee. But while the science has shown you don't get COVID as much through touch and instead through the air, their decision to not accept any reusable mugs seems an odd one: Starbucks and other local vendors do....So what we're left with is more plastic-lined paper cups and plastic lids. Be a friend to the environment, please.More
Will come here every morning for my caffeine fix. Smooth and balance. Bought some coffee beans to bring back home.
The best coffe, the best stuff, I was livinig in Honolulu for 3 months and Kai coffe was my favorite place :)
Great service, coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Moderately priced for the area. Stopped here several times during our stay.
Thank goodness there's a place that knows their coffee and how to make a great pour-over! Located inside the Hyatt on the ground level inside shopping mall, its convenient to walk there from the Royal Hawaiian. There are many coffee places along the way, but...my husband who's a real coffee snob, insists that this is the only place he'll go in Waikiki. They pay attention to detail and make each beverage with love. The beans are perfectly roasted, the pastries offered are a nice small selection of fresh goods. Besides the morning pour-over, we revisit at least 1-2 times more per day for our oat milk lattes and chai lattes. Another bonus - they open early in the morning! Makes for a nice early walk and our first cup of coffee.More
I've been to the S. King St. location a few times ... the coffee is great! If you want to buy coffee beans to take home, they can grind them for you to your specificity.
This was the best! Went to the one inside the Hyatt Regency in Waikiki and the service was great, but more importantly the coffee was superb. Lots of choices with an explanation of each- more than just lattes, cappuccino and espresso. How about a piccolo?...This is just what we needed at 7a.m…..and the pastries were actually very good! Choices? Banana bread ( not doughy!), scones, fluffy and buttery croissants. Loved it!More
I went by this coffee shop for a few times. The line was always long. I wondered how it is... I am not good at tasting coffee, but once I tasted the coffee, it was great. The staffs working there are very friendly.
