We were in Chinatown and happen to walk by this place. It was busy with mostly locals. We tried a couple of dishes. They were good. Good value and decent service. Not the comforting place decor wise, if you want a quick meal and tasty, this is the spot.

Whenever I fly back into Oahu, I always stop by here for lunch. The spicy beef soup is onolicious! I also love that they give a lot of vegetable garnishes for the soup dish. I would recommend arriving before lunch time to get lucky with street parking, otherwise you pay quite a bit at the municipal parking. In addition to... More

This is an out of the way little restaurant that serves outstanding Vietnamese food! I am not an expert on this food but I've tried several of their dishes and enjoyed them all. My favorite was the giant omelette dish as big as a frisbee! The restaurant is small and definitely not chic or fashionable but the service is good... More

My family went there twice for mainly pho and variety of dishes. The price was absolutely reasonable. The service was very good. The outside of this restaurant was not very obvious and appealing. But we did not judge by the look of it, we went in and found out the food was excellent.

My local friend brought me to this restaurant which locates at the middle of china town. Meals are quite soft and comforting my stomach after eating heavy foods in US. This says that this restaurant will be good for daily lunch but in my view lacks "punch" at special occasions. I would suggest to stay with simple food such as... More

Stopped in at Pho 97 for lunch. We had pho special combination, which is basically a mix of the different types of beef that goes into a typical pho. We also had spring rolls. All the food was very good. You can tell the food would be good here because it was full of people when we got there, and... More

We went to Chinatown and got there after 2:00pm so most places were closed. We were first excited as Pho 97 was very crowded with locals. When the food arrived, it was really flavorless. I travel to Vietnam frequently and know the proper taste. This was not it - on top of it, the quantities were so big you loose... More

They of seemed angry that I was there. I went for lunch on a strong recommendation. Ordered a Vietnamese pancake but was simply told "cook can't." Kept telling me to order the pho. I didn't feel like eating what they wanted me to eat because it's convenient for them when it's busy. That was my perception anyway. I'm staying away... More

Located in the center of Chinatown, great Vietnamese food at very reasonable prices, lunch is always busy with a casual and friendly atmosphere. Very fast service so the wait is usually less than 10 or 15 minutes even at rush time.

Right next door to Maunakea Marketplace. Food not bad. Servings generous. Place is clean and air conditioned. Service is good. There were 10 of us, and they accommodated us all.
