We did a little grocery shopping and took containers of salad and hot bar items back to our vacation house. The salad bar had a great selection of items. The ginger island fish & tomato & spinach mac n' cheese were some of the favorites from the hot bar. A lot of vegan options, to include vegan ranch dressing and pizza.

Rating based on the taproom. Friendly waiter- attentive, not lurking. BBQ chicken salad was yummy. The Silver City Tropic Chronic was even better, considering I hiked 14 miles today.
Then groceries - all in one place. Convenient. My favorite part was plenty of free parking.

What a great selection of seafood and meats. We went there to some fresh seafood and other items. Their hot food area is amazing . It was very delicious and many choices. Who would think you could have FUN at grocery store. But we did.. 😉

This Whole Foods location has a wide selection of products that are beautifully presented. The produce section is great, the meat and fish departments have great selections, and the hot bar and salad bar are as good as they come.
The only issue at this location is that the cashiers are particularly bad at customer service. No smiles. No appreciation for customers. And they’re slow to boot, with cashier lines snaking up aisles at all points of the day. Not even a thank you for waiting, which everyone seems to have to do at the Kahala Whole Foods.
It’s a shame that SERVICE has become non-existent here. Like other places for sure, but at these prices, surely a bit of friendliness could be included.

Grocery run at 8:30 at night long lines. It’s like this all the time. It almost as if they are not prepared for people coming in to buy stuff. So weird and unnecessary. I live nearby but I avoid shopping here because it. Take so long.

Our cruise ship's bus dropped us off at this big mall, the largest in the city. We did a little shopping, but gravitated to this very good super market to buy some snacks, some things we could not enjoy on board. Pretty display, friendly service.

For years, this Whole Foods location is our favorite in Oahu. The selections are great. You might pay a little more than the other stores but the quality of the items is worthy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Recommended!

This is a busy store in Kahala Mall. Offers a huge variety of items. Especially love the floral department. Beautiful selection of flowers that are perfect for hostess gift.

Almost everything you’ll need. But join Amazon Prime to get best deals. I save $50 last week alone. Bought prime sale item I use daily for $2.29 off each for 20 items, plus fresh berries for one half off
Prepared food is fresh and leaves counters quickly plus salad bar offers more than most others

The location of the Kahala Whole Foods is off of H-1 on Waialae Avenue in the Kahala district of Honolulu.
The Whole Foods door is actually on the exterior of the mall facing the parking lot.
We find that the Whole Foods prepared foods are generally very good, plus you have a wide selection of items, all sold by the pound.
The fresh produce and fruits at Whole Foods are at least equal to or have a bit more quality to the items than most other grocery stores.... of course it can also be a bit more costly for that quality.
Whole Foods in Kahala is similar to those on the mainland except that the produce includes local items. We look for white pineapple at Whole Foods... if it is to be found anywhere, it will usually be found at there. For us, the white pineapple has less acid and is sweeter than the normal pineapples that are sold, but it also costs more per pound.
We enjoy shopping here when we are in the area.

We visited Whole Foods Market a couple of times for snacks at our hotel and quick lunches and dinners. The take out food is good value the groceries and produce are expensive but less expensive than buying from a resort.

Everything is so fresh. The butcher gave us cooking advice for the ribs on special, knew when the fish was caught. Large bakery variety for breakfasts, and we chose some reasonably priced stirfrys and ate right there in the cafe. Save $ linking with Amazon Prime at check-out. What a pleasurable find on vacation!

Poke is good - maybe as good as Foodland’s :). We found all kinds of goodies to sustain us for our stay including our alcohol.
