This is a great find in Waikiki for authentic Japanese food. My 7 year old thought the kids plate was the best teriyaki he has ever had. My husband loved the authentic sake the waitress recommended. The roles were delicious!
we had a great sushi dinner at this place. it is in a unique area kind of a shopping pedestrian street on the second floor. nice range of delicious sushi.

Although Kaiwa has excellent sushi, they also have a nice menu of other Japanese dishes. We ate here twice and enjoyed both meals. They are a bit on the expensive side, but this is Waikiki.
