Went to Yuchun for the first time looking for a light semi-late night dinner. I had the black noodle with spicy sauce. It came with a bowl of a slushy tasty broth on the side. I wasn't sure if I was suppose to dip my noodles in it or pour it into my noodles so I just dumped it into... More

My cousin and I came to the Yuchun for lunch on my 10 hour Ohana visit to Honolulu recently. We came in and were seated immediately. We already knew what we wanted so a menu was not needed. We had cold black noodles and kalbi. We were served fast and oh course the food was superb. The side dishes were... More

Food was excellent, service quick and friendly and the prices were much better than most things in Honolulu. I have been missing Korean food for a long while and since we had the time between flights we went to the restaurant. Nothing fancy but almost all the customers were Korean. That says a lot to me about the food. We... More

Restaurant atmosphere has not changed and the staff are still very pleasant and courteous. The prices have increased by almost double in the past few years. The food was a bit disappointing and not the quality we expected from years of visiting this place. It will not be at the top of our list next time we visit the islands.

If you love Korean food and Meat Jun this is a place you need to try. Very tasty meat jun dish that is unique in taste and flavor. I try lots of Korean places and this place is unique and worth the try.

I live in NYC, which has no shortage of good Korean food. My wife is Korean, and there are times during our visits to HNL when we are craving Korean food. We brought my family (wife, daughters 11 and 9), plus my sister, her husband and kids, and my mother to Yuchun. It's pretty good! We ordered combos of kal... More

I've been here multiple times and almost always order the same thing: cold black noodles in a kimchee sauce with a slice of roast beef. Comes with a icy, slushy, beef stock soup as a side.

Service is horrible here. I mean downright bad. I would never go back. The food was average...you can find the same at the Korean market for half the price.

The noodles had great texture and flavor. The banchan was not plentiful, but the kimchee was great. The service was friendly and fast.
