Don’t worry about the line you will encounter because once you enter and place your order all worries or uncertainty will melt away with the heavenly smell of the coffee and baked goods they sell. I won’t say get this or this but just to...tell you to try what ever your hearts desire because it is all excellent. A good quick breakfast and the best coffee on the island.More

Worth the line. Coffee and goodies are fantastic. Retail items are awesome takeaways from Waikiki. Staff is friendly and highly motivated. An essential coffee stop!

Easily the best coffee in town, with a great selection of pour over beans. They also do the best cappuccino we had in all of Hawai’i. Next to this they have rather good pastries that aren’t as sweet as the normal American cakes, croissants, etc....We’ve visited a couple of times and the quality was consistent throughout visits.More

The best coffee ever! Don’t wait in line. If you are going to buy something (coffee beans, tee shirt) you can skip the line. Go to the counter on the right to pay for your item and order your coffee there too. Thanks to Sandra...for this tip!!More

We can’t resist visiting here every day of our stays to Hawaii. The food is amazing and it’s worth the sometimes very long waits. Try everything, nothing ever disappoints

Our son recommended Kona for good coffee. Seems it has had a lot of recommendations as the line was very long at 8.30am in the morning. Coffee alternatives are good and there's a range of pastries. Lots of sugar going in in most of them...however. Limited indoor and outdoor seating is available. We found better alternative bakeries during our stay however. Not sure the waiting times are worth it.More

The coffee is the best we could find in Honolulu. Unfortunately it seems most people also think so. The average time to que is 30 minutes.

The pastries are so fresh and scrumptious. The black sesame croissant is the best seller so we had to try it and it did not disappoint. The banana almond croissant was delicious. The soy latte was really awesome. We purchased the popular chocolate chip cookie...but did not try it yet as we were stuffed. Be prepared for a long line. We got there right at 7am and had to stand in line for 30 minutes. Worth the wait!More

Coffee was good pastries were great and slightly different than what I found elsewhere. Line was unreasonably long, can’t imagine how much worse it is in busy season. And this was at 8am, sometimes before 8- there’s other great coffee around, so I definitely tried...it since it came highly recommended but only twice since it wasn’t life changing given the line.More

I bought some beans to take home, so we’ll see how that is. I had a coffee from here and was not disappointed at all. I always try a variety of coffee spots and this is the tops. If you’re a fan of flavoured lattes...this may not be your spot as the options are limited but if you’re looking for a good bean and roast it won’t disappoint. Just make sure to ask for Kona beans to avoid the blends (I’m sure the blends are good too but I did not try)More

This place is busy and be prepared to line up every morning. The wait is worth it for the pastries. A family member has gluten allergy and they have a coconut based tart. The Kouign Amann's were pricy at nearly 8 bucks but so flaky,...fluffy yet had a nice chew that I've not experienced before (or I've just had not so good ones ever). Their almond croissants with a local pineapple touch is a must try!More

I had a great time checking out Kona Coffee Purveyors. The coffee is great and the pastries are awesome. Definitely would recommend checking out this place. The lines are usually line right in the morning so be prepared for a wait if you're going early.

The coffee is perfect and the pastries are the perfect complement. They have milk alternatives and seems like a line forever, but worth the wait.

Don't be scared off by the lineup. It goes quickly, and it's worth the wait. We found the best time to go is right when they open at 7am. There is still a line up, but it's shorter. I tried the cappuccino, flat white and...latte, all with 100% kona and a shot of vanilla. They were all excellent, though the cappuccino was my favourite-the best I had out of several other cafes. It was rich and smooth. I tried the Kona Nitro one day with vanilla. It was disappointing and I couldn't even drink it all. I found it a bit bitter with an odd aftertaste. The pastries were the best ones we had on the island (and we tried many!!). The banana chocolate almond croissants and the pineapple coconut almond croissants were flaky and delicious. We also tried a mango danish-type pastry that was very crisp/flaky and the filling had just the right amount of sweetness. Even if you don't drink coffee, it's worth waiting in line for the pastries! They were far better than the malasadas at Leonards or cakes and pies at Teds!More

The espresso is Kona and so smooth which deserves 5 stars. But the pastries are out of this world because the make them there from scratch. I would give them 6 stars if I could. One downside is the line so expect to wait. But...its worth it. Best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had.More

Just short of $5 for a Large Cafe Latte. The pastries are exceptional and all made on site, they range from around $4. If you are a fussy coffee drinker like me, Kona provides a more authentic latte, especially when... More
