This is a beautiful part of middle Tennessee. The folks that staff the restaurant are friendly and helpful. The fried chicken is perfectly seasoned. Turnip greens, mashed potatoes, black eyed peas are our favorites. The tea is brisk and goes well with their homemade chess or fudge pie.

I brought some out of towners to a true Murfreesboro institution. The fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and delicious. The hot water corn bread was buttery and fluffy. The fried okra was mind blowing. I think our visitors are now considering moving to Murfreesboro for the food.

This was the first time I had been to Kleer-Vu. I have heard good things about it. My customer comes here a lot and that says it all. If you did not know this place served food you would pass it up but don't you will enjoy every bite. Try the fried chicken and if you like greens, the greens.

Fried chicken and water corn bread is where it's at. Only problem I had is guy said' "for you baby" to all the girls in our group then said, "go head" to all the guys in our group. But honestly we found it funny. Staff was friendly food was good but not great. Will be back

The hold family could eat sun day dinner and every one would be happy. The food is always fresh. Parking is great.

We came across this restaurant and decided to try it. It is a true cafeteria-style restaurant. Grab your tray and point to what you want! We ordered meat loaf and different sides. The food was very good. Unfortunately, other people think so too, so the line was fairly long during lunchtime. One woman in front of us was ordering six... More

This is a meat & three in a basic cafeteria space, but the food is what you go for! They serve excellent home southern cooking and it is DELICIOUS!

The location and outside of the building might scare you away. But if you make it through the doors, you'll find food that you won't find elsewhere in Murfreesboro. Fried chicken, barbecue, chicken and dressing, black eyes peas, pinto beans, turnip greens, mashed potatoes, macaroni n cheese, fried corn, cooked apples, cornbread, and don't forget dessert - peach cobbler.

We stumbled on this place. Don't let the outside scare you. It was possibly the best fried chicken I have ever had. The locals were friendly and the staff was fun. Affordable and very delicious. Don't miss out on this small gem!
