This is one of my favorite restaurants. It is absolutely gorgeous! It is located in a renovated train station. The service is always great, and the meals are delicious.

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet since we were staying in the hotel, and heard raves about the food at dinner. We certainly raved about the omelet prepared for us at the omelet station, as well as muffins and pastries, fruit, bacon and sausage, oatmeal with...More

Breakfast was included with our room. The selections for the buffet are not extensive but ample. The Omellete chef was fantastic and he made a mean omelet! Our server was very accommodating and friendly and she tended to our numerous request with a smile. It...More

Probably one of the most lovely restaurant spaces we have ever enjoyed. The Tiffany ceiling is breathtaking and the tilework travel scenes that border the ceiling ( documented by Smithsonian) are of simply amazing workmanship - made by a Buffalo, NY concern around turn of...More

Our family had a get together in Scranton, and coming from the D.C. area, I snootishly assumed we would not be able to get good food while we were there. I was wrong. We had dinner at Carmen's 2.0 and it was great. Excellent service...More

Very much enjoyed the food here - pasta dishes get especially high marks. Servers were not particularly engaging and that put a damper on the meal. Would recommend however

The atmosphere and the service were really nice. However the food was bland and not very tender. The wait time for average food was way beyond expectations.

Suggest you check with the restaurant directly. I can't recall much about the selection, except it was fairly broad. I enjoyed a great Veal Choip.

I haven't been there for a few months, but as far as I know, it should run you about $12 a plate. I do know that many ladies groups frequent the place for lunches. I don't know of a "official tour" but all the staff are... More

Price is about $27 per person, not including cocktails. Reservations wouldn't hurt, but if you're only a part of two or three, you should be fine without reservations.
