On a recent trip I went to the Larkspur for the first time. I was there during lunch so it was busy and as a single diner I had to sit at the bar. The restaurant is very small but pleasant atmosphere. I ordered a Reuben which was very good and average price for Sitka. I liked it but probably... More

At the end of main street which makes it less crowded for lunch and it one of the few that serves dinner. Prices are moderate and a nice menu selection. I enjoyed their Reuben and Greek salad.

The grilled fresh-caught king salmon with homemade pesto sandwich on gluten free bread was so good, I had it for dinner our first day in Sitka and for lunch our second. Combined with a bowl of tomato-basil soup and finished off with a family-shared slice of gluten-free chocolate cake, this was a meal I could eat every day in Alaska,... More

Would definitely recommend the Bahn Sandwich. It was delicious. This place is interesting. It's nested in with the local radio station. Staff was friendly and the food is thoughtful.

One thing you can find in Sitka, is good food. Larkspur is no exception to this! Had lunch one day and was quiet good. A no fuss sandwich that rivals any high-price deli!

The Larkspur was our destination for Sunday Brunch on Father's day. The place was Busy! so it took a while to get served. When I had been there before service was better. Tough choice for selecting a meal several nice scrambles served with biscuit and potatoes. I went with the chorizo pico scramble -- quite tasty though the mega drop... More

visited many restaurants during our short visit, returned here for each meal as the food was very good, the staff helpful and interested, the surroundings interesting and clearly a part of the overall Sitka community. The menu choices provided for plant based and vegetarian possibilities, tho I chose the excellent BLT and the Grilled Salmon Panini. As a former restaurant... More

It's a busy place and you might have to wait for a table, but it's worth it. We had the croque madame for breakfast and it was delicious. They also serve wine and beer so we plan on returning for dinner one night.

Stopped here for lunch on a local's recommendation, the sandwiches are tasty, but not quite what we were expecting. My husband got the Cuban & I got the Banh Mi - The bread for the Banh Mi was ciabatta not a french roll & the Cuban was also ciabatta and hadn't been panini-grilled as one would expect. They were still... More

The food was good, but not exceptional and we had to wait an extraordinarily long time for our order. We had sandwiches, which should not take a long time to make. The view was good and the atmosphere quaint, but don't go here if you are on a schedule.
