When we visited Annapurna's the dishes we ordered (we shared them) tasted drab. I haven't wanted to go back.

I stopped here for a quick, late lunch on my way out of Santa Fe. The menu here is interesting and it has food from two of three different cuisines as well as some fusion foods. The good thing about this restaurant was that it seemed to have a menu item that each of us could be happy with. Once... More

I've been making regular trips from Nederland, CO to Santa Fe for several years. I use it as a healthy lifestyle reset. Doing early morning yoga, eating breakfast, lunch and dinner at Annapurna, filling free time with art walks on Canyon Road, visits to Ojo Caliente, Ten-thousand Waves, Santa Fe Oxygen Bar, Alamosa based Cloud Nine Float Tank, meditations at... After flying across the country I wanted some Vata pacifying Khitchari. The grounding, warming quality was exactly what I needed. The cilantro and ghee accompaniments were perfect (and I added coconut and ginger at home). The dal had turnip and carrots - a great twist on a mainstay. The brown basmati rice is some of the best I have had!... More

food was bland and not interesting. Dal I had in small villages in Nepal was better. Probably a good place if you are a Vegan and have to stay away from gluten -- many choices for you. I have not experienced traditional Indian food made in India, but have been to many highly rated Indian restaurants in the US and... More

Food was bland, tasteless. The mater paneer was extremely acid! Not real Indian food. The paneer was some kind of fried cheese ball, not the traditional stuff.

The menu sounds great but the food is horrible. Bland, tasteless, and the hot food was served cold. No one ever asked if we liked it. We stood at the counter for a while hoping to give feedback but were ignored by staff, and finally left. The place also needs a major facelift. The seat cushions are very dirty.

The only reason I gave this place two stars is because I never read one star reviews since they usually have unrealistic expectations. But this place definitely deserved zero stars. I found this restaurant in a Moon guide book to Santa Fe and I can't understand what the reviewer thought was attractive enough about it to list there - maybe... More

Just ate at this place based on all the great reviews but greatly disappointed. Ordered two different types of platters so that we get to taste better both south Indian and North Indian dishes. The idles were not steamed enough, no salt in few of the vegetables, and no taste in any of the items. I do cook satvic/ ayurvedic... More

They have an extensive vegan menu filled with lots of healthy, soothing foods. Their pancakes and tofu scramble work at the start of the day. But so does their veggie burger, falafel and potatoes. I've found the food consistently delicious and healthy.
