This small and popular bistro really is redolent of an experience in France. The food is heavenly, the service is expert and the atmosphere was wonderful.

I liked this place as soon as I strolled up to the front door. It had a nice ambiance, all lit up with sparkling lights. As soon as you walk in, there was a nice aroma in the air and it made my mouth water. We had come to a good place. The atmosphere was buzzing, but it wasn't overly... More

Had a1/2 dozen oysters from New England. Delicious. Highly recommend the beet salad which we split. Plenty. Steak Poivre we split and a small ravioli forest mushroom and black truffle. A bottle of Maurelle Gigondas. Great with the food. Maddie our server was very helpful with guiding us with the food. A lot of fun.

The food is good but i find the menu very limited for the high prices. In the summer it is nice to dine outside but I would not put this on the top of my dining list.

Went to Bouche with friends last week. We had great service and wonderful food. It is french comfort food. Coq au Vin, a Cassoulet with duck, and the list goes on. We were a table of five and they were very accommodating. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the menu, the specials of the evening and made a good wine recommendation.... More

We are accustomed to outstanding restaurants in Minneapolis-St. Paul and, after reading reviews, were expecting similar in Santa Fe. I can only wonder whether those who praise Bouche have any idea what good French cooking tastes like. We got off to a shaky start when I ordered a 2012 Pinot as listed on the menu and the waitress brought a... More

I dropped in at Bouche Bistro on W. Alameda to see what Chef/Owner Charles Dale was cooking up. Bouche is currently the only restaurant in Santa Fe to hold a coveted 4-chile rating. I had seen Chef Dale’s cooking demonstration at the Santa Fe School of Cooking on an earlier trip and also tasted some of his appetizers at the... More
