We dined at Amaya on our last night in Santa Fe on the recommendation of a Santa Fe resident. It is located in the Hotel Santa Fe, a beautiful Native American owned, adobe style hotel and restaurant. Our waitress, Maythe, was so warm and informative....More

With its indoor/outdoor/lobby setting this is a cool place! We enjoyed the salad, fajitas, scalloped potatoes with green chilies and creme brûlée’s for dessert. It was delicious! We will definitely go back.

This attractive open-air restaurant is a delightful place for lunch. The menu is appealing, the food is healthy and served well, and the staff is friendly. We have had lunch there several times, and always appreciative the attentiveness and helpfulness of Alma.

The food, atmosphere and staff at Amaya are excellent. I particularly enjoy the Pueblo/New Mexican flair. The restaurant is casual and opens to an outdoor garden.
