We got a tip from the man who drove the shuttle that we should try the Sage Bakehouse. Nothing fancy, small, limited menu but not to be missed if you like fresh bread and pasteries. My husband and I opted for coffee, the toast basket and a yummy looking bun. The coffee was good and hot and the basket of... More

We stop at Sage Bakehouse every time we visit Santa Fe. Not only is it a great place to get some bread, it's also a great story to learn, and it's a really good place to get a quick bite to eat. Where most Santa Fe eateries set you back $16-20 per person, and take more than an hour of... More

This is certainly the place for fresh baked - on the premises Bread and Pastries sweet, or savoury. It's very good for plain simply elegant breakfast served with no frills but excellent service. A little Gem in a City of fast food and mass catering. If you appreciate food prepared with passion and care, then this is the place.

We found this bakery by coincidence because our motel was right across the street. The first time we bought rolls there to take-away on an excursion and the second time we bought a bread that we even took back home with us. The rolls and the bread were both delicious, really tasted like bread. The regular bread which you get... More

Bread - A+ - delicious and so reasonably priced Male counter staff- A+ - friendly, polite, attentive - natural, or either very well trained by owner, whom I'm surmising was the... More

These guys have been pounding it out for years, their sourdough and farm bread are just amazing! I wish they had a better location, but its kinda nice knowing where its hiding place is!

Staff is very accommodating. Selection is good, everything looks delicious. Noticed a table next to us eating a sandwich and it looks quite good. I look forward to my return trip

Came here with my husband on a weekend trip and had a great experience! The pecan raisin wreath was AMAZING! My husband has a big appetite and the egg, avocado and Serrano ham tartine was plenty for him. Good, strong coffee and also wonderful service! We definitely recommend coming here for a quick and delicious breakfast!

The delicious scent of freshly baked bread greets you as you walk up to the front of Sage Bakehouse. The service, the food, the coffee...everything was excellent. The cappuccino was great, the service was friendly and professional. We had the egg, avocado & cheese tartine which was absolutely delicious. The breads and pastries are fantastic. Breakfast at Sage Bakehouse was a bit disappointing. The chocolate croissant was very doughy, had minimal chocolate, and was served stone cold. The mocha was lukewarm, and had little flavor. I would not go back.
