We had taquitos, frito pie, taco and chili rellenos. Meals came with sopapilla. Those were delicious with the honey. My Fritos pie was too spicy for people not used to hot Mexican food. Overall we enjoyed the meal. Good margarita but sangria average. We went...More

It is worth the wait, though better to have an advance reservation or arrive very early (4:30 or 5:00). Food is excellent, service friendly and not hurried. No place better in Santa Fe for genuine Northern New Mexican food.

Nothing about La Choza has changed in years, which is a really good thing. However, they expanded the parking area, and that really helps with the street congestion. Love the margaritas and plate lunches. We always try to get there right when they open, otherwise...More

Very popular, tough to get reservations, long walk in waits, for average food. Very salty. Will choose other similar restaurants with easier access.

Delicious food, and it was difficult to choose so we split two dishes for variety. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and the restaurant was full by the time we left at 6.30.

We enjoyed a late lunch here. The food was really good. We checked the reviews and this place didn't disappoint. The guacamole tasted great. I enjoyed a chicken chalupa and my niece had pork enchiladas.

We live in Santa Fe at least 4 months of the year--La Choza is the "sister" restaurant of the downtown tourist favorite, The Shed. La Choza in the Railyard is our favorite--great ambiance, a delightful patio in the summer, friendly and attentive service, and yummy,...More

Not sure about gluten free options but I would ask a service person. Average dinner price $15 to $30.
