Very much enjoyed this restaurant, but was just in Santa Fe, and the restaurant was no longer in business. We had eaten at GB several times in recent years and were disappointed to find it closed.

new owner. will reopen with new menu and new chef. i really liked this place. but all of the existing reviews should be disregarded. i'm hoping the reopened restaurant will meet the high quality standards of the old and would certainly give it a try.

I was actually at this restaurant late last year, and had promised a great review. Well, I misplaced the business card and only recently came across it. I enjoyed my experience so much that I still want to write about it -- 9 months late!...More

Everything worked...walked from our hotel. Got a table near the window...our main server, Gustavo, was perfect host. We tried a tapas type meal. It really was excellent. Great food, great wine, ambience....five stars.

Recommended by a friend, we were glad we came - a nice variety in the menu, great wine selection, and professional wait staff. Not far from the plaza.

The food was ok but the main issue I had was with the sauteed shrimp on my entree salad. It had the taste of something that had been cooked in a massive flame-- that is to say a bit "gassy" and "like exhaust". It was...More

Very disappointing meal. Tiny portions, miserable waiter and extremely hot and uncomfortable surroundings.

Had a group of 8, some hard of hearing, and they placed us in the rear of the restaurant, where we could hear each other! Food was good - huge servings.

While I enjoyed my chicken saltimbocca with a glass of Vouvray, my partners' lamb duet was out of this world. Attentive but not hovering service, attractive ambiance. Should add some craft beers on tap, in addition to the bottles. Chocolate decadence cake with almond crust...More
