Rosario's is a stand alone restaurant in the south end of San Antonio. The food was terrific. Our waiter gave good suggestions on what to order. The place was busy and we waited about 30 minutes for a table. Well worth it.

Food was very good, but not happy with service. Server forgot quite a few things in order and wasnt even looking apologetic. If you get a better server, it may be a good place to go.

I was visiting friend who recently moved to Austin and we drove to San Antonio for a day trip, so none of us were familiar with the city and chose this restaurant for a late lunch based on Yelp reviews. We were not disappointed! We came hungry and left quite full, and with leftovers to take back. The menu had... More

The drinks menu didn't have prices, so make sure to ask specifically. I found the drinks to be on the pricey side, however, they were very decent. The food was amazing. Definitely a popular place for locals, can take you 20-30 minutes to get in if no reservation is made.

This was by far the best Mex food we found in our 4 days in San Antonio. Food was suggested by the waiter and he was spot on. Food was out of this world good. Hop-on hop off bus drops you at the front door which is even better if you don't have a car. Had about 15 min wait... More

Hello rkidman! I'm happy to hear you enjoyed your experience here at Rosario's. The convenience of being dropped off at the door by the local red trolley bus is a plus I will agree. Hope you can visit us again in the future. Thanks! More

Heard good reviews, so we decided to check it out. The menu has Mexican food with a modern flair. Service was average, food was average. They were very busy so perhaps it was just an off night.

Gotta love Rosarios. Just like eating at mamacita's next door in the sense that it captures the homey nature of a Mexican family cooking. Food is served hot as it needs to be; tacos are superb; enchiladas swim in smoothness; and entre dishes are excellent across the menu. And the service is always friendly and rapid and attentive

We usually try to find where the locals eat when we travel. In San Antonio, it's Rosario's! But beware......you'll probably have a wait unless it's an early dinner. It's about a mile from The River Walk. We didn't have a car so we took the hop on/off sightseeing bus there. When we told the driver where we were going, he... More

Just ate there yesterday for lunch. The hot sauce was delicious, the Taco Norteno was great. My wife had the chili relleno and that was very good. Overall great lunch. The waiter was very good but kept asking us is we wanted bar drinks until we finally told him we don't drink. But everything was great.

Every uber drive we had recommended this place... and for good reason. From the salsa at the table to the meal itself, definitely check this place out!
