We stopped in for lunch when we had a break in our conference. I had the chicken puffy tacos, excellent. The side was black beans that were perfectly seasoned.
Our group of seven made a point of having lunch at Rosario's after it had been recommended to us by at least four locals. We were not disappointed. Great authentic dishes and good service. Great prices, too. Would definitely go back.
