At the Botanical gardens- so this is a treat to go eat because the surroundings are beautiful and the food is good- you can make an outing of eating here!

I had a cheesesteak sandwich that was excellent but also really unique. My girlfriend's experience with her quiche and salad was the same as mine. Normally it seems when they serve food to a somewhat captive audience such as at an attractions such as the Botanical Garden the food is plain and unimaginative. Such was definitely not the case here.... More

Very friendly staff. Reasonable pricing. I had the Bistro Smoked Chicken pasta and LOVED it! I would not recommend it if you do not care for spicy food. And it is attached to San Antonio Botanical Gardens which is a added plus!

We stopped here to eat lunch after our tour of the SA Botanical Gardens. The staff was polite and attentive. The prices were reasonable and the servings were generous. Loved the Lemonade, great on a summer day. There were 2 of us, one had the Cheese quiche with veggies - it was a good size portion and I was told... More

cabbage and corned beef soup almost all fat non-edible grissle. sandwiches were just ok. Worst apple crumb pie I have ever tasted. Not sweet, gummy and dry. Coffee was weak and just fair at best. Service was excellent. Go someplace else! This restaurant has really gone down a long way.

...it is perfectly fine for a day out at the gardens. Nice setting, especially on a beautiful day. We came for Sunday brunch, and there was no wait. Mostly bistro-type foods: salads, light sandwiches--think "La Madeleine." The brunch menu was a little light--essentially just your choice of types of scrambled eggs. They have a nice covered area out back, with... More

This is a great place to eat. Everything we had was excellent. They have amazing salads and sandwiches. The desserts were also superb and the service was great.

This is the little restaurant at the San Antonio Botanical Gardens. It is a great spot on its own for a meal, and a real treat after touring the gardens. Try the crab cakes. If you like carrot cake, this is the place. They grow some of the greens on the grounds, according to the waitress, and brother they give... More
