b a bite to eat and was I surprised. this was one of the best restaurants I have been to. It is a somewhat a popular place and there is a little wait but it is well worth it. The food was absolutely outstanding, the service was nothing short of the best. I highly recommend this restaurant if you visit... More

My boyfriend and his family have been going there for years and have included me in their tradition! It's a downtown classic with a beautiful patio overseeing the infamous river walk. I always get the chicken tacos and the margaritas are great too!

Good food... if your into TEX MEX cuisine. Prices are reasonable for a downtown location... . Parking could be a hassle...but most downtown places have this same issue.

You need to be in downtown SA or otherwise its inconvenient. Worth the stop if you are in the area and you don't mind a short wait.

Food is out of this world, service is fantastic. Eating out on the patio overlooking the San Antonio River is so relaxing and an experience to remember.

While the staff was very friendly the menu is 100% not Vegetarian friendly. Even the chips and salsa are a no since they are fried in lard. They would be well served by having at least one Vegetarian entree.

We have been to San Antonio many times and have never eaten at Mexican Manhattan. We needed somewhere close to the hotel to grab a snack and a drink. This place was great! Fast service, food was good, margarita was good and the waitress was very fun and attentive. Sit on the patio for a great view and atmosphere.

I've eaten at Mexican Manhattan for more years than I can remember and always see people I know there. It's a San Antonio institution and is consistently good Mexican food. Nothing fancy, just good and hearty. The enchiladas are a must try.

Fun margarita spot on the patio overlooking the riverwalk. Good drinks and mexican food with a nice view. Servers were a bit busy so servive was lacking.

The food is still as great as when i was a child. That was my Grandmothers favorite place, we would ride the bus downtown, do a little shopping then go have lunch. Great remodel and atmosphere, still have one of the original waiters there. All the food is very good, weather you have something ala carte or a full meal.... More
