We chose Guillermo's because it was a local restaurant - we try to stay away from the chains while on vacation. Their menu offered Mexican & Italian. Very good food & polite, efficient servers. Home cooked & not too expensive! We had pizza & it was excellent!

Walked to this place from our hotel. Glad we did! The Manicotti was excellent. I ordered it with alfredo and they were very accomadating. The Busted IPA was very good! Definitely will miss this place!

My husband and I ate here tonight. We certainly appreciated the free parking. The food was great! Service was good. My only complaint is that we were seated about 3 feet from the unisex restroom, which was fairly busy. After each person left, bathroom smell wafted over our table. YUCK! We would certainly go back, but will ask to NOT... More

Thank you for your review. Our main restroom was re-tiled and closed. The contractors and our repair and maintenance man did not inform me they closed our our main restroom (which are sealed from our dining and I would not have allowed to be closed on a busy Friday). So our private dining room restroom was being used resulting in... More

The food here is great. I had a salad that was fresh and the bread was very good. My husband had a sandwich on the same good bread and a small salad. This was our first time there. The next time in San Antonio we will be sure to go there.

On the advice of the one of our hotel's (El Tropicano) employee's we tried this place out for lunch. It was only about a block away from the hotel, so we walked. Lunch for us consisted of a small peperoni pizza, an order of hotwings and a Caesar salad. Everything was tasty and the service was awesome. One thing that... More

Was told by a Texan that the margaritas in San Antonio were the best. She was right! Wow! Also enjoyed my spinach lasagna as we listened to Guillermo play the keyboard. Enjoyable evening!

Stopped in for lunch with a colleague and the food was tasty. I order the Chicken wrap and salad. It was a nice portion size and boy was it delicious.

Found this spot through OpenTable for dinner within walking distance of where I was. Yelp had good reviews so I booked, but the Italian at Guillermo's was ! Just had basic spaghetti and meatballs with meat sauce but it knocked my socks off. Came with side salad and 2 pieces of very buttery garlic bread, and my service from Oscar... More

Our visit was less than stellar. We did have to wait for a table (30-45 mins on a Friday night) which perhaps set our expectations up a little higher than they should have been. We just weren't impressed with the food. At all. To begin with, they have "nachos" as an appetizer on the menu and I wouldn't classify them... More

My friends and I are attending a convention nearby in San Antonio but walked 20 minutes to eat at Guillermo's. We had a 40 minute wait (Sunday around 1pm) but we'd walked so far and they had a bar area we could wait at so it wasn't too bad. We were pretty hungry once we were seated. It seemed like... More
