This place is nice little surprise tucked away in a small strip mall ! It completely takes you by surprise...The food is simply delicious ! The lassi was superb! Chicken Tikka masala provides solace to a hungry person ! Ambience is good and the food is prepared for a good palate ! Never miss this place if you are in... More

OMG we were so pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door into this beautiful restaurant. There were so many selections to chose from on the menu. I finally selected the Palak Shrimp and Bhartha (my favorite) and the onion naan. Everything was excellent. I cannot wait to return. Did I mention that you get a FULL glass of wine... More

I've had great Indian food in New York, San Francisco, and London. Nothing in Tucson stacks up to that level of excellence. However, the best I've found here is at Sher E Punjab. We especially enjoy the Shrimp Masala, Palak Chicken (spinach curry), and vegetarian dishes like the Mushroom Matar and Bengan Bhartha (smoked eggplant), the Vegetable Soup, and the... More

The city if Tucson is not as big as Phoenix, but this place in Tucson would give a lot of places in Phoenix a run for their money. I was on a visit to Tucson for a weekend, and I am happy that I made this choice. It is a tad bit of a drive away from most downtown locations... More

We frequently dine out at Indian restaurants. This is not on our doorstep but it is well worth the visit. There is only one thing to beware of--this place is popular and there is often a waiting line. They have four choices of heat, mild, moderate, spicy, and extra spicy. . The spicy was good for me. There were large... More

So this place is right around the corner from where I work and I like Indian food I thought I'd give it a shot. The waitstaff is not friendly at all, but they are efficient and they will serve you water and leave you alone. Eat on your own take your plate go through the line pick out some really... More

Once a year we come to Tucson and found this the absolute best place to eat Indian food! Its not fancy ,nor is it very large but the food is the best we have had,and is prepared mild, medium or hot according to your preference. We have never had to wait long and the menu explains what each dish is.... More

Ate here on recommendations a friend, and read the reviews beforehand. It is indeed in a strip mall, with no view, or particular ambiance. However it was pleasant and clean. I do not pretend to be an expert on indian cuisine but we do eat at a variety of ethnic restaurants, and often end up adding picante sauce at Mexican... More

Located in a strip mall and easy to miss. The decor makes the room very dark. But, we came here to eat! We ordered the appetizer platter and suggest you do also. My wife, with a lower heat affinity than I have, found her chicken curry too spicy and finished the meal with ice cream. The first time you go... More
