Possibly the best chilaquiles I've had in Arizona. Quick service, friendly people, excellent food. A great end to hiking or biking in Tucson Mtn Park. The brownies are pretty on-point too.

RESTAURANT'S FAVOURITE REVIEW
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 9 October 2016

We ate here after staying at the Cat Mountain Lodge. The mesquite pecan pancake was excellent as was the BLT and french fries. We loved the atmosphere and enjoyed the food. Excellent place to eat if you're in the area.

Great food with a nice southwestern flare and some unique twists, a pleasant inviting atmosphere. The service was good, but they refused to seat me outside even though seating was a available. It closes early afternoon and is a bit overpriced for lunch.

We loved it! The food was delicious and had a home cooked taste to it. The wait staff was super friendly and attentive. Since one order was incorrect when it arrived to table, the chef corrected it and removed the charge from our bill. Now, that's customer service in caps, if you ask me. It has a unique and eclectic... More

We enjoyed a good and filling breakfast at Coyote Pause while staying nearby. It came highly recommended and we weren't disappointed. There was a good selection of favorites as well as some local specialties that we tried. Portions were plentiful and prices reasonable.

Delicious breakfast on our way to Old Tucson. Nice cafe clean and cozy with a friendly waitress and fantastic service. The huevos rancheros and red sauce is served over either tortillas or fried flatbread. I had the flatbread and black beans. Yumm My husband ordered chilaquilles with chorizos. Wonderful. Lots of locals happily enjoying a meal , coffee and baked... More

Great place for breakfast. Totally recommend the Mesquite pancakes. You can order one, two or three. They are the size of a paper plate. The Mesquite comes from the pods of the Mesquite Trees. They are "The Best in the West!" There are little shops behind the restaurant and outside seating if you wish. The service is very slow in... More

They have great food and mostly cater to the breakfast bunch. They close at 2pm. So, you have to get there early enough. A great place to have lunch also on your way to old Tucson and the Sonoran desert museum.

We had 10 people in your party and it took the young male server 10 minutes to seat us. He could not multi task what so ever, he was awful!!!!! We had to get up and get our own coffee because he was so slow. He never came to ask us if everything was okay or if we needed anything.... More

We were on our way to the Desert Museum and almost stopped to eat at the plaza's just before here. They were all very creepy looking. Glad we drove a bit further and found this place. Our server was so nice, the burgers was delicious and satisfying. We tried the prickly pear slaw...yummy! The property has a great, funky vibe.... More
