We have eaten at most of the Guadalajara Grills in Tucson. This was my first time to this location after it was rebuilt due to a fire. They are consistent in their slow and horrible service amongst all the locations. We go for the Molcajetes which come in a boiling stone bowl. Usually very tasty but the side plate of... More

Right after we landed in Tucson, our friends took us for dinner at GuadalajaraFiesta Grill. It was a great place to go to get over the rigors of 21st-century flying. The food was excellent -- right up there with the best Mexican I have had. And there was a mariachi band walking among the tables, playing and singing. When they... More

The food was quite good and the service was awful. We were seated promptly at the time of our reservation. Fifteen minutes later when no one had even stopped by we went to the hostess desk and she said she'd find our server. He came a few minutes later and apologized and said he had so many tables. He took... More

They can't get the order right, took 20 minutes just to notice that we we waiting to order, we ordered and then they come back 20 minutes later and say they are out of what we ordered. Go to the one on Prince st....much better food and service.

This is my first visit in six years. The interior is totally different, nicely done, but kinda noisy. The food is still outstanding particularly the tableside salsa. I shared a molcajete marisco, truly fine fish and more than enough for two. The waiter was excellent and the mariachis fun and talented. I'll be back

Four of us all ordered different dishes. I tried the lobster enchiladas which were outstanding. Wife had the fajitas which also were very good. Highly recommend this restaurant.

We ate here on a Friday night. Good points: the maitre d' was welcoming. The staff friendly. Our food was made quickly, delivered accurately. Quality of food is average. The shrimp salad was fine. Enough shrimp, nothing bad, but kinda blah. My dinner partner had the mocajete, something I would only recommend for eaters craving grease. Come to think of... More

This is a big place with lots of tables & booths inside, as well as a huge bar area with (way too many) televisions (sports, always sports). The decor is fun-Mexican, with sombrero-lamps over the tables & lots of kitsch everywhere. The outdoor patio is lovely, with lots of plants & a tall fence for privacy from the road &... More

Okay...get the salsa made at your table. It was the best salsa I have ever had ! They of course get your input on how you like it, then like a fine glass of wine, you taste test it. We sent it back for more "kick". Y.U.M. and the portion is huge. Service was pretty good although one dinner didn't... More

It had been a number of years since we dined here. Our dinner started off great. Warm chips, delicious salsa and outstanding margaritas. But it went downhill fast from there. The menu is not as extensive as other Mexican restaurants and is very expensive. I had steak fajitas that had an odd grill taste. The flour tortillas were very dry.... More
