We made the mistake of going to this place because the one that is one of the top ten Mexican restaurants in Tucson across the street was really crowded. I had chicken fajitas and my husband had a chili relleno/enchilada combo. He had a margarita...More

We are frequent customers of the Double L and know that when we step in the door, we will be met with a smile, great service, and great food! We really like the Cocido and Fideo soup (featured on Thursday nights), however, everything we eat...More

I asked a local Hispanic woman to recommend a good restaurant with authentic Mexican food and this is one of the places she mentioned. I followed her advice and am glad I did. The extensive menu is pretty standard Mexican fare, with a few creative...More

We were visiting family in Tucson and they took us here for dinner. They have unusual offerings, at least for folks like us used to Southern California Mexican food. The flavors were very complex and interesting. I had a bowl of lentil soup seasoned with...More

The food it very gringo. Lots of yellow cheese. No Mexican cheese. Not a very pleasant waitress. She was in a huge hurry. Asked if we wanted dessert after barely getting our food. We had our conversations interrupted numerous times.

This restaurant isn't fancy but it's very clean and friendly, the food is good, plentiful and very reasonably priced. Most dishes are very good, but the whole fried fish, which comes with fries or rice, is amazing. It's very well-spiced, sliced on both sides, and...More

Guillermo's is a great place to watch the hipsters sit in the 100 degree heat and wait an hour to get into Mi Nidito for the "Bill Clinton Combo Plate". Guillermo's has an eating area that is much more comfortable than Mi Nidito, Micha's, or...More
