Loved this quaint restaurant. My husband and I went on a week day and there was a large group of Red Hat Ladies. Needless to say we stayed since it was so busy and seemed to be very popular. There is something for everyone at this restaurant. Vegan, Gluten free and vegetarian as well as some gourmet salads. My husband... More

This was our first visit to Blue Willow. I was surprised to see how busy they were. It is unique because of their gift shop as you enter and the room in back was like a covered outdoor courtyard, complete with heaters. Apparently this was an old house converted to a restaurant. Our lunches were excellent, with the exception of... More

The general environment was enjoyable. We had lunch on the covered porch and the step up from the main room was not marked or lighted and I fell but caught myself on a chair - a real safety issue. I had the breakfast burrito with chorizo which was mostly potatoes , little egg and chorizo and very dry. Wife had... More

The food was bland and often slow (+1 hour for a table of three on a slow day? For tossed greens?) And as other reviewers say, don't sit in a corner table. The restaurant has gone up in prices probably based on reviews and casual diners, but other than the atmosphere and garden you might as well eat your own... More

We had a late lunch today on the enclosed porch. I enjoyed the atmosphere surrounded with plants. The waiter was very accommodating listening and then bringing exactly what I asked for. My husband said his Green Corn tamale was the best he'd ever had. The two other diners enjoyed their chicken salad in an avocado and another large salad. Very... More

Based on a foodies tour of Tucson, we found a number of other places that were better than Blue Willow - both full breakfast an coffee shops. The service was slow (hint to other people who go - don't sit in a corner and you might no get over looked. I had to get up and wave down the waitress... More

There IS a reason Blue Willow has so many good reviews, it consistently offers very good food at reasonable prices and the wait staff are always professional, helpful and friendly. Leave time to peruse the tasteful gift/card shop on your way out. And pick up one or more of their great, homemade cookies conveniently located near the door.

We went to Blur Willie fir dinner. Interesting place. At dinner you can get sandwiches, salads or even breakfast. Some healthier vegan/vegetarian options. I opted for the spinach and kale crepe. It was very tasty but had way too much sauce. Much better after I scraped it. My husband enjoyed his sweet potato sandwich. Nice seating in enclosed porch area... More

Of course this is a famous place in Tucson. This was our first try, but we all left disappointed. First, on Sunday am, this place is an absolute mad house. Don't even try! People are lined up down the street trying to get in. No parking anywhere close. Once you get in, it is seat your self. Which equates to... More

We enjoyed very tasty comfort food on a rainy evening -- meat loaf and chicken pot pie. After dinner, we had fun going through the gift shop area. This is a casual place with very good food. It's in an old house so there are many cozy nooks for eating, as well as a nice patio. I will definitely come... More
