Excellent food prepared using whole clean food- with a special Mexican flare. Get there early as this small place fills fast. I had the huevos rancheros- fantastic large portion and plenty left over to take home.

Small, busy, and friendly, the food is amazing! The chicken soup was full of chicken. The pork was so tender it practically melted in your mouth.

A friend from Tucson said this is the place for breakfast and lunch. We stopped for breakfast on the way to dropping me off at the airport. The breakfast was beyond all expectations; to the point, I wanted to miss my flight and stay through lunch. I had the Chorizo Scrambled and key lime w/ prickly pear juice. It was,... More

If you like the wow factor & enjoy good food, opt for the kitchen choice plate. They will put together a plate with a generous spoonful of a chicken, pork & beef entree plus rice & beans & top it off with a tossed salad & fresh fruit. You won't necessarily find what you are enjoying on the menu either!... More

The service was excellent; the food very tasty and prices reasonable. The chicken soup was chock full of veggies and the chicken pieces were tender and the soup seasoned very well giving it an excellent flavor. This is a keeper!

Eat here for breakfast or lunch, they are closed for dinner. You can hit the larger cafe poca visa for later. I could tell you what I ordered but it doesn't matter everything is wonderful at this place. You will not find better beans or rice and they are vegan. Okay then there is the charm, warmth and friendliness. This... More

we have been eating here 1 or 2 times for breakfast when in town for the gem shows. Sandra knows us when come in. The breakfast menu is excellent. The food good with great presentation.. Always an authentic made to order variety. sandra lives in Mexico and spends time both places. She always is working with charities and causes in... More

Yes it's tiny, the music loud (but a fun playlist), the menu a little thin, and no liquor license, but it's still my favorite for breakfast or lunch (they don't do dinner). The food is as good as that at any Mexican spot in Tucson, and no place rivals the beauty of the presentation, for any price.

This tiny eatery is located in downtown Tucson and only open for breakfast and lunch. The menu is characteristic of the region with southwestern food expertly prepared and beautifully presented. The selection is small but don't doubt you will find the perfect meal. Be sure to try one of the fresh made juices. Phenomenal. You can expect a crowd lined... More

This place is run by a wonderful lady who travels to Mexico to help the children in need! Don't forget to leave a contribution in the large glass jar. Only open until 2 and crowded but the food and hugs are awesome. No phone, so no reservation.
