We enjoyed a later evening meal here after a long drive. Dinner on the dock watching the surf and blankets to keep you warm. It was delicious Seafood meal.

Whenever we have out of town guests, I always take them to Frank's. They have wonderful soups (love the seafood stew!), great Italian dishes, and more. The view from the deck is outstanding. You can see Campobello Island and a lighthouse and watch seals play...More

We liked Frank's so much that we went there twice. The menu has something for everyone. Pasta, veal, seafood, steak, and when we were there, they were featuring an extra Greek menu. The staff and food were great!

We had the veal dishes which are Frank’s speciality. Excellent mouthwatering meals. Come with a big appetite as plates are full. Beer and wine are available. This is a locals hangout. Frank’s veal prep is his favorite. Try it you’ll love it!

In answer to my own question. Dogs are allowed on many decks/patios in Maine. Ruby was in fact allowed on this one as well as others in Lubec.
