I agree 100% with the review from Karen W on March 2. We went in tonight for dinner and same heavy set guy absolutely rude and sooooo way out of line. I was mortified and embarrassed and walked out. He made us feel like we were intruding. If this man is the owner, he should keep himself in the back,... More

We went to this restaurant at my request because it is so highly rated on Trip Advisor. When we arrived there was a group of employees standing at the front with one on a cell phone with his back to us. The host or perhaps the owner(big guy) asked if we had reservations and when we stated that we did... More

Atmosphere was intimate--like you were the only customers in the restaurant, thanks to the small private, divided areas. Lovely classical music played in background. It was a birthday celebration and birthday confetti had been spread on the table and best wishes were given by all staff who serviced our table. The food was yummy; with able to take home for... We were a party of 7 that they were able to accommodate on a very busy night before Valentines Day! Owners Amy & Steve Salazar were cordial and happy to see us. As one enters one is greeted by the marvelous smells of the open kitchen right at the front door and waiting area. One can watch and converse with... More

This restaurant has been described as a hole-in-the-wall restaurant but I'd be more inclined to describe it as Aladdin's cave--a place full of exciting and unexpected things. The food, service, and ambience are all excellent. Owner Steve Salazar is committed to providing top-notch food and service and in our case, he succeeded. Steaks were beautifully cooked and tender and tasty,... More

Had a lovely dinner here, I had a small filet mignon and she had Sea Bass. Both were expertly prepared and presented. The waitstaff were wonderful as well. Highly recommend.

I almost hate to send people there, for fear they will be forced to expand or relocate! Charming, quaint, excellent food and service. My favorite place in town!

We visit several times a year and usually get the Chateaubriand for two or one of the steak dishes and have never been disappointed. It is one of the very few restaurants that even offers Chateaubriand. It has a brick oven system with great chefs. Cozy, and do not attempt going without a reservation on the weekends.
