The food here is just ok, but the good part is it's a buffet so there is a choice that will make everyone happy. The pre-cooked pasta was a bit overcooked and soft, but the sauce was pretty good. They do not offer plain Italian bread which is odd (just buttered-up breadsticks).

Not only is this Restaurants serve excellent food with great customer service. They care about the community and the people they serve. Mgr. Deb went above and beyond making sure the Taos Rush Soccer Team was taken good care and family/friends had a fantastic gastronomical delight too. Everyone serves themselves to a wonderful buffet with salad, pizza pasta/meatballs, vegetables, drinks... More

A buffet with an open kitchen. Very friendly, clean and good quality food. The variety is some what limited. Especially the salad bar. Several types of pizza, pasta and similar items. Wine, italian sodas, ice cream cones. They donate unused food to food banks and are active in their community.

I can't imagine going out for fast food when you can pay just a little bit more and have a family-friendly buffet meal. Everyone gets what they want - pizza, pasta, salads, etc. I particularly enjoyed the salad bar, bread sticks and Pasole; although the BBQ chicken pizza is good too. I recommend Tomato Café for a family friendly lunch... More

The food at Tomato Cafe is by no means bad, it's just not very memorable. Offerings include serve-yourself pastas and a choice of sauces and small pizza slices. The sauces are fairly thin and a bit watery and all are rather bland (would not pass muster for east-coast Italians). There is a choice of beef or beef and pork meatballs.... More

Tomato Cafe serves and buffet with salad, pizza and pasta. The food was good and plentiful, although the pizza choices are somewhat limited.

We were traveling through and looking for a spot to get a non fast food lunch. This really delivered. We were greeted warmly and even being mid afternoon the buffet was fresh and delicious. The salad was far above your usual bagged salad, the past offerings were varied and included whole wheat spaghetti without special request. The pizza was tasty... More

My mom has stomach issues so this is the place we always go to when we are in Albuquerque. All of the food is fresh. The staff pays very close attention to the quality of this food.

We love this place! It has something for everyone, and is ALWAYS delicious! I like the Gluten Free options, the Veggie Pasole, Pizza options, Steamed Broccoli and the Garlic Green Beans!! My hubby loves the meatballs and the salad. This is even my kid's favorite place for a family lunch out. If you like pizza, fresh pasta with unique sauces,... More

Old as in rundown condition. Glass of pop cost $2.50! Pizzas with half the normal amount of toppings. Nice staff. A little too eager.
