Our friend from Albuquerque suggested coming here for dinner. It has a very nice feel to the place, lots of seating and they are open from 6am to 1am. It's right next to the university of New Mexico so kinda has a college atmosphere to it. I got the enchiladas with chicken and both red and green chili, it tasted... More

Best burrito! Great food at a good price. Don't forget a heated cinnamon roll! Don't let the long line scare you, they are fast and efficient.

I'm a salad fan, and fortunately found the salad here to be just awesome. And only 2.50, each time! And all the types of foods; hamburgers, Mexican items, soups and such? Were well cooked, tasty and truly worth trying. I recommend this place, while in Albuquerque; lots of good Mexican foods in other places, but this one is also very... More

We had such a fun meal here--super crowded, but astonishingly efficient. The cinnamon rolls were heavenly, the pancakes and bacon were delicious (breakfast all day!!), the new mexican burrito and combo plates with a bit of everything were fantastic. You will not leave here hungry and the prices are very reasonable.

I stopped here because I saw the restaurant on the Travel Channel & wanted to try to infamous green chili burger. The burger was good & juicy, but the green chili was a little too spicy for my taste. My husband ordered the nachos & he was disappointed in his meal.

First, this place gets very busy, but they can handle the extremely long lines quite efficiently. I observed epically long lines move through in a reasonable amount of time. The food is very good, inexpensive (our party of six ate for $57.20), they have great variety, and it is an iconic place worth visiting for a meal just to say... More

Delicious New Mexican food, sickly buttery cinnamon rolls, counter service and a buzzy atmosphere. What's not to like? We wouldn't miss eating here in ABQ.

We had looked forward to stopping at Frontier Restaurant for a meal again. We were not disappointed. We each had a veggie burrito and the incredible cinnamon rolls they make. Also had chips and guacamole. Every time we have eaten here it is crowded!

The Frontier Restaurant in directly across the street from the University of NM. It isn't anything fancy, but boy is it good. Super good green chili stew and tortilla soup. The cinnamon rolls and flour tortillas are something not to be missed. We end d up taking a few cinnamon rolls home for breakfast the next morning. Great casual place... More

Can't for the life of me understand why folks think this place is so great. You are herded around and pushed and shoved & THEN get your food slopped together and lastly you get the privilege of picking up your order out of 10+ other plates on the shelf! Place has been open for many years and it shows, worn,... More
