We really enjoyed our food, and had some good draft beer. The restaurant was significantly understaffed: over an hour's wait for a table, yet there were empty tables all around us, that filled REALLY slowly. And mostly we felt as if we had been forgotten by the waitstaff. Perhaps they had a few staff no-shows, but you'd think The would... More

Gardunos is a colourful restaurant serving wide array of Mexican dishes. The ones I have tried were very good. The highlight though are the Margaritas of which there are various flavours. I don't drink much alcohol but the coconut one is amazing. If you get the chance try one.

We ordered three Fajitas meals for six people. Turns out that asking for cheese is extra? Three extra "plates" extra $..Plates; really. We just missed buffet, there were lots of plates Stacked around,no shortage it seems. Treated out of town friends to this place,it did leave quite an impression. Never again......

A quick visit to NM requires green chili and this restaurant hit the mark. Really good, right spice, and great service. The only thing I didn't love was the Margarita.

First, the Margaritas were VERY good. As for the rest.....just average. My husband and I shared a sampler of 4 choices so we could experience variety. While all of our choices were good, they just weren't great. We'll definitely give this one another chance, if nothing else.....we'll be back for drinks! Cheers.

I've been here twice, both times deciding that my favorite thing on the menu was their posole. So... let me start with it. They make a real posole with real seasonings and pork that could melt in your mouth. The flavor is perfect, as is the spice. It's easily the best posole I've had in Albuquerque and in the top... I usually stop here every time i'm in town. Good New Mexican style food and good service. I like the Santa Fe Blue Enchiladas.

Interesting atmosphere with large bar area. Can be a little loud but if you sit along the perimeter, it is manageable. Service is good and the food is pretty typical Mexican cuisine done well. We had to ask for sopapillas though when they used to be brought automatically. Great place for families, children, large groups or friends.

Gardnunos has got everything a Mexican themed restaurant needs. It has an extensive menu for food.....The bar is okay.....They are not consistent though, last visit was okay but not as awesome as always. The food came in late and cold although the place was not busy, the food was delivered to a wrong table first, the garnishes were missing. Our... More

I enjoyed the "stuffed sopapilla" that included shredded beef with a green chili sauce....delicious. The staff was friendly and service was quick.....despite being a busy place.
