If you're reading this, then you are thinking about going here. Do it. The place is not a full service restaurant. It is a casual, semi-fast food place. But, it serves fresh fish instead of burgers. I had the shrimp burrito which was large and...More

I expected SlapFish to hit a home run because of the reviews I'd read. It's a self service format restaurant. Stand in line, place your order, they bring the food to your table. I ordered a lobster roll the premier item on their menu. It...More

The poke lived up to they're claim on how fresh it was. It was tasty and the serving size was reasonable. The grilled cheese lobster sandwich was only so-so. It may have benefited from the order of green chili that was offered as a side....More

I happened upon Slapfish quite by accident as i rarely have occasion to go to that part of town. First of all, the ability to "customize" your meal is wonderful; for instance you can have an entree as such or as a sandwich, you can...More

This place is amazing!! The staff makes sure you are happy. The food was amazing, unlike anything I have tried in Albuquerque! The lobster grilles cheese was perfect, the beer battered fish was crisp and flakey... perfect!! Let me say their selection of soda was...More

Seafood is fresh, perfectly prepared, with lots of tasty variations: Roadrunner eggs (Jalapenos stuffed with shrimp and crab, served tempura style), chowder fries, excellent street tacos...THREE different types of fresh tuna...plus barramunda and LOBSTER. I had a lobster roll! We are coming back here !

When my wife and I went to Slapfish on a Saturday, the entire staff appeared to be inexperienced teenagers. They didn't interact well with each other and, as a result, it took a very long time to receive our order. The food itself wasn't bad,...More

Seafood was very good and has been consistent after several outings here. We still don't like having to stand in line to order; with no real table service we feel it's a bit pricey....if not for this fact we'd' have given an "excellent "
