Really it's fine. Pleasant staff and ambience. Just a shame the coffee is just OK. Certainly at or above average - just nothing special at all

For Bolivian standards, this place has great coffee and fresh foods. You can have all the options you normally would in North American or Europe for coffee. Great atmosphere and location. As most restaurants in Bolivia, the service is slow.
This is a cute place where you can get a decent cup of coffee and a great snack. The cunapes are pretty good and the sandwiches are excellent. They also make very good spinach pie. This is a place we love to go to with friends to hang out. Just a note: This place is small and often quite crowded... More
Bolivia does not have a coffee culture. One is usually offered either freeze dried coffee or a coffee concentrate (just add hot water-blech). What a pleasant surprise to discover this place, where coffee is made with freshly ground beans. You can find the usual coffee and coffee/milk combinations that have been popularized in North America, plus local pastries and light... More
We visited Cafe Mokka to enjoy a bottle of wine and dessert. Prices are on par with everywhere else in town. The cake we ordered was tasty and fresh and the wine was ok. Cheaper to buy a bottle than a glass. Wifi was nothing special. Outdoor seating available. Friendly service.
Fantastic coffee and beautifully presented. It has great 4g wifi which is strong enough for a reliable Skype call. They do snack foods as well but not meals. Great value pricewise and it has only been open about a month...very modern for Tarija!
Quite expensive for Bolivian standard and what you´ll get for it. Not a very clean place. Had a crepe that was not worth eating and the salad came with a dressing on the side full of little flies. Milkshake tasted good.
The coffee is ok but nothing special, not very strong. On the plus side, the Ensalada Especial came out exactly like the picture on the menu and was lovely. There is free wifi and the service is reasonable. You can sit inside or outside and the atmosphere is relatively relaxing.
Enjoyed a good coffee and a delicious chocolate cake with plums. The street tables looked quiet shabby, however the interior offered a sensual atmospher and the service was attentive.
We had a group of 12 people and sat at the outside tables for lunch. Food was very good and drinks very well priced. Only two staff serving and we had to wait a little for our first round of drinks but this is understandable. All food came out at the same time. Great value for money.
