We did not stay at the hotel as we were at the Four Seasons but upon a recommendation form the concierge we did a trip over for dinner Great menu, excellent food well prepared and outstanding service. Not cheap but great memories

The atmosphere is fantastic- over a salt-water lagoon filled with 20 species of tropical fish as well as caged lobsters for dinner. Our waitress Diane sat us on the edge so we could see the fish. The drink menu had everything you could want. We chose the Chef's Surprise- appetizer, salad, main, dessert, and wine. It was great! The dessert... More

The meal we enjoyed here was fantastic. We tried some of the recommendations made to us including the scallop entree and mahi mahi main which were delicious. The steak was the best we've had in Hawaii so far. The ambiance is lovely and the service was just right.

The meal I had here was fantastic!! It was some of the best fish I have ever had! The atmosphere is very nice, a little dark in the middle of the restaurant but if you can score one of the tables on the sides, it is perfect and romantic. The staff here is very friendly and helped make this meal... More

Have been here several times over the past few years. It has definitely experienced a decline in my humble opinion. We are NOT picky folks, but the service at the bar was just not very good. It felt kind of depressing really. No food this time, but it has been pretty good in the past and the view is great... More

A friend and I attended the Ka Malama Dinner in August. This is a special event held on the third Thursday of each month. Chef Mike Lofaro and Cultural Advisor Kainoa Horcajo begin fishing, foraging, and gathering the ingredients for the evening's meal. Best of all, they explain each course as it's being consumed, as well as the philosophy behind... More

This was the first time I have ever spent $200 for dinner for 3 people. My daughter got a 8oz fillet Mignon and I think it was $56. Which is about average for a high end steak. Me and my girlfriend for the Mahi Mahi and it was around $40. Which wasn't bad. The food was very good. No complaint... More

We've eaten here on every trip to Maui. The location, the food and the service put this as one of the best fine dining restaurants in Maui. They have a wonderful table at the end of a "pier" which is very secluded and perfect for a romantic celebration.

Humuhumunukunukuapua'a at the Grand Wailea never disappoints. This is the first restaurant we book when we are making our plans for a vacation on Maui. We prefer staying up on the north end and are more than willing to make the 60 minute drive down just to eat here. Portion size never disappoints, wine selection is top notch, fresh catch... More
