First night in Natchez......chose Cotton Alley and were delighted!!! The Fried Oysters and the Fried Shrimp were both delicious.....but the sauce with the shrimp is SPICY!!! The Almond Cake was very tasty.... Service was very friendly and attentive!

A friend and I went to Cotton Alley for lunch on a recent Monday. She had been many times, but I had not. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality, quantity, and presentation of our meals. We both ordered the large salad with fried chicken on top...complete with the best homemade blue cheese dressing that I've had in years!... More

Food was bland and not at all as expected based on reviews. I had the fish and shrimp combo with baked potato. The fish had a good bit of black underbelly and tasted dirty. Service and atmosphere were good.

I went to Cotton Alley for dinner on a Saturday night. It's located on Main Street so it's real easy to find. It's a one way street with lots of parking on each side so no need to worry about walking too far. I got there right after they opened and was pleasantly surprised to find that I was not... More

We stopped during the afternoon for a snack before dinner that night. We got a cup of gumbo which was delicious and the portion size I would expect. Then we got a catfish nugget appetizer. There was hardly any food on it for $7. We topped it off with dessert. I had a piece of pecan pie which would have... More

Wife and I ate there and the food, service and atmosphere was wonderful. I had the redfish with crab meat and she had a pasta dish with cream sauce and chicken. Their rolls are amazing and reminded us of beignets at Cafe di Monde. Also you must have the pineapple cake!

Good friends daughter birthday, it was her choice for her birthday dinner. Delicious, and not too pricey for what you got. Great Martini's too.

It was a rainy New Years Eve so getting inside was nice. Ate lunch here and the food was very good. It is a nicely decorated restaurant and the service matched. Very recommended.

One of the markers for "cuteness" in those little cafes that inevitably dot the downtown areas of historic towns is an abundance of bric-a-brac. With an interior that is overflowing with artifacts of every sort, whether a comical painting of a world-weary hobo or an overhead image of a nightclub pianist or an antique map of the Mississippi watershed or...
