Try the Mexican Pointy Toes if they have it. It tastes of cocoa with a surprise finish! Had mussels for an appetizer with a flight, then a FGT/BLT (fried green tomato bacon lettuce tomato sandwich. Instead of French fries, had the bacon Brussels sprouts. Yummy! My only suggestion to cook(s) is to go a little easier on the salt. Good... More

Visited Barley & Hops recently. I ordered the pork belly tacos and the Parmesan & garlic fries. The pork-belly tacos were good but not great. The pork-belly was somewhat over-cooked and not very flavorful. Most pork-belly is slightly crispy on the surface but tender on the inside. This was crispy throughout on all three tacos. The garlic salt on the... More

I will build the scene. A group of 6 guys, 2 or 3 couples. We were sat and twenty minutes later we got up to leave, but first, we wanted to talk to manager to explain that we had not seen anyone to take our drink order. The manger we found out was the bartender, didn't have time to come... More

I hadn't been here in awhile and forgot how good it was. The dinner and the beer were awesome. I had the pit beef and it was delicious.

Very plain atmosphere, small menu, portions small, atmosphere has change from a very pleasant and bubbly atmosphere to a stark sterile I don't care atmosphere. The waitstaff was minimally knowledgeable or responsive at best. When asked for pot of tea all he would bring is a cup of hot water and a large teabag that would make a half a gallon... More

I'm inclined to give this restaurant 3 stars but that might be unfair. We went on a Saturday night for dinner. The house brews were good we had the Annapolis Rocks. We also tried the pale blonde ale and it was good also. The atmosphere is really nice in here with the brewery and the white table cloths in the... More

The crab dip was not what I expected. It was poured onto the homemade rippled chips like a plate of nachos. The taste was very odd, too. I didn't like it. My crab cake burger was burned on the bottom. My server, Rory, was awesome.

We were here to taste some brewery beers and ended up tasting the quesadilla with chicken. It was excellent! It was so good we ordered a second. The bartender was great and she gave us a taste of a highly recommended one.

Staff well trained, brewery has wide variety. Food was excellent. Based on recommendation of waiter we ordered crab soup, wings, chili (with chorizo) and Ceasar salad. All of it was excellent. Will definitely visit here for supper on future trips.

Stopped here while traveling East. Went in for a flight of beers and some food, left with a full stomach and downing a couple flight of their beers. Really enjoyed the Annapolis Rocks Pale Ale and the Gore'd dunkel. Had the Big Ole Steak to go along with the beers and left a happy man. Would go back again when... More
