We went to this restaurant because of the good reviews and the reality is that it couldn't have been worse. The food was very bad without any quality, the turbot was terrible, it didn't taste like anything. And the worst thing is that 45 minutes on the clock between dishes. We stayed at the hotel and so enjoyed the stunning views from our room. We went for the Thlassis Twin set menu which was a huge mistake. The starter was an octopus risotto which we couldn’t fault and looked forward to the rest. How wrong we were. The next course consisted of a pile of bagged salad with slimy pears and that cheese in a bread crumb you can buy from the supermarket but was cooked dry inside. Then we had some kind of soggy oily toast with onion purée and shoe leather ham on top. The main course was cod and it appears the chef picked out the part of the fish that had been malnourished and was mostly bone. This was concluded with an inedible desert. Apart from the one piece of brownie that was suspiciously like the ones you get 50 for a quid in Tesco. The baked cheesecake was cold and the cheese tasting white anaemic mousse? Slice was also inedible. Service was good but it seems this was put together very poorly.
