Excellent selection of Italian and Italian inspired dishes. Some unusual items (e.g., boar canelloni). Interesting cocktails. No complaints -- maybe one -- no real Italian desserts. Service excellent. This is a very popular place - you may need a reservation.

I've been hearing about Ecco for many years during my trips to Atlanta. Never seemed able to get in. Went this evening. Was pretty well deserted, but it was a Monday night. Everything was certainly good. I had the duck confit and the side dish of root vegetable bread pudding was good, but nothing really wowed me, which frankly, I... More

Visiting Atlanta for SEC Championship Game and Ecco was near our hotel. Decided to give it a try. Food and Service was exceptional! Our waitress, Taylor, was an absolute star -- very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We enjoyed everything we tried, Fried Goat Cheese Balls, Roasted Shrimp, and a Roasted Pumpkin Pizza that was outstanding. They... More

We dined with another couple at this restaurant on Sunday night. We shared a flatbread starter and the fried cheese (allegedly a house specialty but a little disappointing). We then had a variety of main dishes ranging from pasta with pork to fish. The mains were excellent, as were the desserts. Service was attentive. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

My brother, SIL, husband and I went to Ecco to celebrate my brother's birthday. The restaurant is very pretty. The fried goat cheese appetizer was delicious.Service was quick and efficient. Those are the only good things I can say about Ecco. My SIL and I had the rigatoni with 'shaved' brussel sprouts in a cream sauce. In truth, it was... More

Love this restaurant. Prefer to sit in the bar as it seems cozier and less noisy. Great atmosphere and food.

Great vibe, food and service! In town for a conference, I visited Ecco for dinner one night on my own. The bartenders were very welcoming and informative. Sara went to great lengths to describe the type of cheese on the pumpkin flatbread and she was spot on. Once I was served, she immediately followed up to see if I liked... More

We shared four starters (tapas-like) at this creative restaurant recently. Highlights included the baked goat cheese with honey (an interesting combination) and okra flakes (light and tasty). The service was very good and wine options included a number of specially selected Italian wines.

Our traveling trio took an early dinner there and found a flock of concert-goers had also arrived as the restaurant was opening prior to their Adele concert. We were lucky enough to have a table by the long serving bar along the kitchen, which made for an interesting (enjoyable) wait for our orders to arrive. The ambiance is sophisticated and... More

A trip to Atlanta and Thursday resulted in a dinner at Ecco hosted by a business associate and his wife. A total of 5 of us ate dinner at this trendy downtown restaurant. Though it took a while for us to receive drinks at the bar p, they were good. The atmosphere was contemporary and mostly comfortable. Our server was... More
