A la carte restaurant, located in the historic center of Trani, a short walk from the Castle and the Cathedral and surrounded by a sea smell. A small elegantly understated location that creates an intimate and magical to be lulled by the emotions of the culinary creations on the sweet notes of jazz music. The environment is minimal, framed by an old structure turned around in local , where to catch the essence of Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist according to an interpretation of the chef. The love of tradition and curiosity for innovation blend the passion and creativity of Chef Patron Michele Elia. Always attentive to marry with fantasy and care the traditional flavors of Apulian cuisine with the most modern cooking techniques and sophisticated combinations, implementing an original and genuine product. His philosophy is to transmit emotions with food for a trace or evoke memories of genuine flavors, so behind every dish there is a curated search for balance between the selected products and local flavors to enhance the freshness and enhancing the area. Even the wine list is a curated selection of Apulian wines and more. The menu is seasonal , in harmony with the rhythms of nature to provide healthy food and quality in terms of taste and smell.
