Cosy cafe at the harbour. A warm and delicious soup at Bryggjan is really what you need as a break on a chilli day trip :) Nice atmosphere and good service.

We enjoyed our langoustine soup - a regional specialty. I found it too salty, but my husband liked it. They also had califlower soup, but I did not sample it. Refills on soup, bread and coffee/tea. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, happily sharing Icelandic and fishing tales. We had the fisherman's breakfast (boiled egg, lox, pickled herring, cucumber, tomato, Skyr,... More

I visited here before going to the blue lagoon and had the lobster soup as was recommend on TripAdvisor. It was brilliant and the bread and unlimited water, tea and coffee was great for the price in comparison to other restaurants. Very sweet nautical atmosphere, good music and good to have free wifi! The guy who works there is so... More

- refills at no extra charge, loads of lovely fresh bread, lashings of butter and tea or coffee included. Highly recommended, not cheap but then nowhere is in Iceland.

After a tour of Keflavik, we stopped in to this hidden gem right on the harbor. It was warm, cozy, a few locals lounging back taking a break and keeping warm enjoying a brew or coffee. I had a cup of coffee here and it was nice and fresh. They also had pastries on display and soups. The atmosphere was... More

Fantastic lobstersoup and athmosphere, don't miss it. Nice harbour view and sometimes perfect to sit outside, when the weather is ok!

Such a quaint little town, this was a great place to warm up and wait for the Iceland weather to change again and again lol. Our kids enjoyed the carrot cake while we enjoyed the unlimited coffee. After now reading reviews, I wish we had tried the lobster soup; it smelled so nice in the entire cafe, but we had... More

The reviews say it all. Delicious lobster soup, bread & coffee for 2,000KR and you help yourself. Staff were friendly and it's right on the harbour. Highly recommended.
