Good food and clean. Nothing unique about the furnishings or ambiance. This is a place to eat not a place you experience. Prices are very low and the portions are generous. Plus you get a 10% discount at Udder Hut next door.

At the Springfield Mother Road car show tried the breakfast at the bistro. They had 3 quick choices for cheap. Wife and I each had french toast with meat. Decent food. Hot and as expected. Service was as expected.
There weren't many places open so stopped here for lunch, service was a but slow but food was ok. All a bit greasy but ok.
