I see where other reviewers said the food is not as good here, since the original chef died. Well, I hope it was better than it is now. This is not Italian food, period. Our experience. We were seated, then greeted by a lovely young...More

Lo Sole Mio holds a special place in my heart. This is a locals spot with really great Italian food. They bring bread and oil for dipping to start and I'm partial to the manicotti, although I've never heard a bad review from any of...More

Old fashioned Italian feel. They had tons of additional touches such as roasted garlic, delicious bread, extensive menu. Best Italian we've had in Omaha. The sundries tomato dishes are outstanding. Last time we ate here, we did carry-out, prior to that we did dine-in.

We had a fantastic experience at Lo Sole Mio. The staff was so friendly, especially Julie! The food was amazing. They start you off with bread, garlic infused olive oil, Parmesan cheese, roasted garlic and perfectly seasoned tomatoes. The entree comes with a dinner salad...More

Food was just Okay. Not hot enough for my taste. As mentioned above, it was way too pricey for lunch.

Date above is just a refference, because it was quite ago, I dod not like and never returneded. Maybe I came in a bad day or I was unlucky, but the attendents seemed upset by something. Food and ambience were nothing special. They brought a...More

Yes, I have celiac sprue and have eaten at Lo Sole Mio numerous times. Just ask your waiter/waitress when you are seated. Last time I had a garlicky chicken and broccoli dish, it was gluten free and fabulous!
