This is the best overall dining experience in Omaha. The food is innovative, the service staff is knowledgeable without the hubris, the wine list is very good and the atmosphere is top notch. Do not skip the pre-dinner cocktail because the mixologist is top notch!

My wife and I had a special dinner here in late December 2014; it was both elegant and excellent. From the moment we arrived the service was professional, friendly and attentitive. After being seated the waiter told us the table was ours for the night and we should take our time with making choices; I thought I had been transported... More

Ate there with colleagues based on a recommendation. Not impressed. The place was empty at 6:30 PM. Nice wine list, but it only had 3 bottled beers. They had free wifi, so they had that going for them. The first thing I immediate noticed was the whole place smelled of old deep frying oil. It really stank. The Boiler Room... More

The menu is unusual, but everything is great...a bit on the pricy side for Omaha, but a good place to go for a special evening or to take out of town guests. Great wine list and good atmosphere.

Personally, I do not frequent high-end restaurants, but my partner and I decided to eat here for his birthday dinner. We started with the house tortellini, he ate the beef cheek, and I had the strip loin. The food was delicious! The presentation was beautiful. Furthermore, I really enjoyed their wine selection and the waitress was very helpful considering I... More

The Boiler Room is an incredibly beautiful restaurant, with brick walls, high ceilings and exposed pipes (yes, it was a boiler room). The tables are nicely spaced apart, so you can have private conversation and actually hear what people at your own table are saying. The wait staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Our waiter explained several... More

I rarely offer a rating of 5 but Boiler Room deserves it. The food was some of the best prepared and presented I've seen and the staff exceptionally knowledgeable as well as friendly. There were 4 of us all with different selections (we cross-sampled too). Everything was done perfectly and with fantastic taste. I tried the lamb and it was... More

My wife and I chose to celebrate our 25th Anniversary in style at the Boiler Room in Omaha. Everything from the classic cocktails ( I had a Manhattan and she a Tom Collins) to the expert treatment of the Ch Montrose 1985 that we brought with us ( the cork age fee was $35) was handled/decanted by our server with...
