I know, it sounds weird, but the vendor recommended that sause on my spicy reindeer sausage, and wow, it was great. Just like getting a hot dog in downtown NYC, in Anchorage, you MUST try at least one sausage from this street vendor.

Who wants a reindeer dog? Tia's was recommended to me by a friend and local. He said if you want to try the best Reindeer dog go to Tia's. He said all cart sell a comparable reindeer dog but what makes Tia's the best is the pineapple sauce. Seriously?! Pineapple sauce. He said it was so good he would bathe... More

Excellent street vendor sandwich.. Coupon for free soda was appreciated. Condiment good and plentiful. A little disorganized but more amusing than annoying. My wife and I shared and plenty for old folks. Wish I had one now.

Tried the mild reindeer sausage and my son got a regular hot dog. They are $6 a piece, but we added chips and a drink for $2 extra. I actually enjoyed the reindeer. I wasn't sure what to expect. The ladies grill them, and they are actually placed in a hoagie style bun. They had several sauces and toppings: sauteed... More

I was asking them some questions about the food and they had a terrible attitude and weren't really willing to talk much. Drink and chip prices were way to high also.

The reindeer sausage here is the best I've ever had! Grilled perfectly, bun toasted, pineapple sauce and grilled onion. Wow! Their gyros are equally good too. I think even Santa eats here.

Coming from Wyoming and visiting downtown was great and wasn't complete without trying reindeer sausage from Tia's on the corner of 4th and E I think this year... All I can say is you will be disappointed if you choose to miss this! There are others around the are... Look for Tia's for the best sausage around!

You simply cannot come to Anchorage without trying the reindeer sausage and I would recommend Tia's. Chances are there will be a line, so see how the locals order. Onions and pineapple sauce is the way to go! Grab a drink and a bag of chips and have a seat on the lawn with everyone else and savor the sausage... More

Great service, great sausage, no waiting in line, friendly service and food cooked to request. Great selection of condiments to add to your sausage.
