This is a MUST for anyone who lives or travels to Seattle if you like to try rich flavors that will blow your mind. I am a huge fan of this place for atmosphere, food and wine. All excellent!!! If you love Asian food and want something a little different this should be at the top of your list!

We had a fantastic brunch. It was fun to sit at the counter and watch the (2) chefs prepare various breakfast entrees in the kitchen. The brunch includes a selection of (1) breakfast entrée and a brunch buffet table with various salads, Asian fusion combinations, and dessert. I had a broiled Coulotte Steak, eggs, with cilantro chimichurri with the brunch... More

Tasty, fresh and creative food. Loved the rice cakes and the steak. Korean fusion at its best. I'd go again.

We ordered the kalbi and octopus, both were really good. The dan dan noodles were a pass for me. I wanted to like this place but it was lacking flavour, presentation etc.

This is some of the best Korean-inspired food I've had. We ordered one item from each section and were absolutely stuffed. Highlights were the Wagyu Beef and the Grilled Octopus.

We went to this restaurant because it was highly recommended. Let me just say that we had to go to a taco place afterwards because we were hungry. The food we were served was average to bad. There were two meat dishes and both had meats that resisted all kinds of teeth. To be fair, they did not charge us... More

I love this place. I have gone to the other place the same owner's/Chef run called Revel in Freemont, WA. We did the New Years Eve meal either 3 course or 5. We did the 3 and every bit of it was delish...! I absolutely love the Chef's at both restaurants!! Revel though will still be our "go to" when... More

We walked in on a busy night and sat at the bar. Service was excellent and we sampled many creative dishes. Being I'm typically skeptical of Asian fusion restaurants but Joule knows it has a foodie clientele. Innovative and delicious!

With so many great places to eat, it's rare for us to frequent a place. This is pretty much one of the only fine dining places in our regular rotation. When the kid's away at the grandparents, we go here. When the kid's with us and we want great food, we go here. When friends want to go out, we... More

Joule serves Asian fusion cuisine family style, with a particular focus on the Steak dishes. The dishes ranged from o.k. (Geoduck Fried Rice) to excellent (Ribeye Steak) with some nice surprises (Rice Cakes with Chorizo). The service was friendly and attentive, but the dishes took way too long to be served, especially considering the small size of the restaurant. Overall... More
