Had a large businesses dinner here. Restaurant was great in accommodating our seating request. Food was wonderful. We had shared passed appetizers: prosciutto, tuna tartar, caprese tomatoes and calamari risotto. Menu is super diverse. You 5 can go safe with salmon or steak, or exotic with wild boar or pheasant. Everyone enjoyed their main course. Highlight of the evening was... More

We recently ate at Barolo, and enjoyed our evening there. The servers were pleasant and capable, the menu had a good selection (a more upscale Italian - you won't find the standard chicken parmigiana and lasagna here), and the atmosphere is lovely. We found our entrees and appetizer to be tasty; however, one member of our party had a chicken... More

We had a great dinner here to celebrate our friend's birthday. My husband got the ravioli of the day which was SO good. It had a butternut squash sauce that wasn't heavy or overpowering. I got the gnocchi with mozzarella. It was cooked perfectly. My friend got the steak which she was very happy with. Service was really great. Our... More

I am from Portland, Oregon. Since Seattle is near by, I took a mini trip to Seattle during my spring break. I found this restaurant on TripAdvisor, for I was looking for a great Italian restaurant in Downtown Seattle. Barolo Ristorante was listed as one of the top. I was highly satisfied with the atmosphere. It was beautiful in there.... More

We had an enjoyable dining experience at Barolo. It a popular place so there was a crowd and a bit of noise from the bar. Decor is sleek and modern. Service is competent, but on a busy night our waitress was hustling. Our food was excellent. Tuna carpaccio was generous in portion and well seasoned. A grilled artichoke was beautifully... More

I went to Barolo on my hotel's recommendation as I asked for a casual Italian restaurant. Upon entering and seeing the menu, I was initially disappointed as it was fairly pricey and didn't have many traditional Italian pasta dishes ( I should have been specific about wanting bolognese). They have bolognese but it was lamb based or they offered pheasant... More

Truly delicious well crafted food available on the happy hour is worth every penny. House wine is almost always good. Friendly and cute staff. Gets very busy sometimes but worth the wait or come early!

Close to the Westin downtown, this is my new favorite restaurant for fine dining. The service is exquisite, as it the menu and atmosphere. Big city yet cozy vibe. Cannot recommend this restaurant enough

Visiting family in Seattle and went here for dinner. We were greeted at the door by a very friendly coat check young lady and taken right to our table. Our waiter Kevin was very attentive and kept our glasses full and food coming out at a pace that fit right in with our relaxed attitudes. The food was amazing and... More

Had our party of 8 in a small alcove that was private. Waiter was funny and attentive. Golden beet salad was simple and fresh. Lobster risotto was a huge portion and very rich. Paired beautifully with a barbera. Even though I don't eat out for Italian often, I always look forward to coming here!
